If you have time, you can save yourself the guide and queue up yourself and buy a ticket on site. If you would like to have one or two more pieces of information, you are welcome to do so. In relation to the asking price, we found this activity to be too expensive. That's why there are only three stars here! In addition, on the day of the inspection, the ascent to the 3rd level was not possible for maintenance reasons, although this had been booked. A partial refund has been promised...wait and see. A full five stars for the Eiffel Tower and the visit itself, but not over this activity...unless a group tour with easy access is preferred.

The travel guide met us at the ticket exchange point and was there with us till second floor. Then we had to make our own way to the summit access. Was extremely beautiful but very chilly. in my personal view the Guide was less knowledgeable and shared hardly any information about History of Eifel tower or its details. This is the 3rd time i went to Paris but both of the last guide shared a lot more information about Eiffel Tower.

Meeting point was very easy to find it was just 2 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower entrance. Remi our guide was very cheerful guy and his english was excellent. Very nice experience. The price that we had to pay though was a little bit on the high side considering that access to summit was 26.8 euros per person and we had to pay 69 euro per person. Of course this included guidance to the entrance and skipping the long lines plus the guide from Remi when we reached 2nd floor but still I think it could have been slightly lower..
