Very well organised from the moment I booked to the moment I left the bus at the end of a wonderful day. GYG sent very clear and helpful emails and the staff who welcomed us on the day were efficient and friendly. Medi (?) who led our bus trip was very thorough and thoughtful in his instructions and I was impressed at the process of handing out tickets and ensuring everyone knew what to do / where to go next. Highly recommended and thank you for your hard work, GYG

We booked the half day tour including transfer to Versailles. Included was entry to the castle and gardens. The bus left a bit late in the morning, but that wasn't a problem. We were greeted in a friendly manner at the meeting point and all questions were answered. Our guide Nicolas was super nice and guided us confidently. Half a day is absolutely sufficient if you want to get a first impression of Versailles. Everything is very spacious, you should be able to walk well for the 6 hours, otherwise it gets too sporty! And really enjoyed the day!

Great tour, we were at the meeting point at 8:00 a.m. and unfortunately the bus didn't come until 8:35 a.m. Which is why we didn't get to Versailles until 9:20 a.m. Which then became scarce on the half-day tour. Otherwise great bus and great service can only be recommended. It's also great that you don't have to queue for a ticket.
