The building alone is almost worth the price of admission: a gorgeous old mansion, it’s a reminder of why the French had a revolution (several, actually). Visitors should be aware that this museum provides some deep background on Picasso and his relationship with his daughter; it’s not the place to see much of his famous work.

It was great that you could turn up whenever you wanted. There was no queue when we went. You are not allowed backpacks or bags in the museum but there is a free cloakroom. I got one audio guide which I found to be really useful. You juste have to leave some form of identification with them. They let me leave my hotel key card.

The meeting point was easy to get to. The personal at the office were friendly and helpful. The guide was very good and informative. Had adequate time to enjoy the house and gardens. With enough time to have lunch at the restaurant on the property. A pleasant and enjoyable time.
