Wonderful museum, lots to see. You can quickly enter in the low season. With 1 ticket you can see the entire museum. The cruise was fun in the dark, beautiful lighting outside (the Eiffel Tower is also lit up in color then) and the audio guide was available in Dutch.

The Louvre is something exceptional and it took us 3 and a half hours to visit it all as some parts were under renovation. We didn't like the Seine cruise instead because we went in the evening and it was very cold, moreover it only serves to see Notre Dame.

Getting into the museum was confusing because the tickets were not sent in advance Ugg but calling the number it was solved quickly. Not having a plan at the Louvre is bad idea. Either get a guide or bring your own itinerary, the rentable ones are not user friendly and the space is mind boggling once you finally get in. All worth it!!
