Overall rating

Covered the key attractions.

The tours were mostly walking which didn't justify the price. For the classical tour all through the tour the guide appeared time poor. For example we had "7 minutes" to experience Fontana di Trevi. Highlighting how important time was to the tour it was threatened that we'd be left behind if we weren't at the meeting point after the 7 minutes. With the justification that we had a packed agenda the timetable felt reasonable but this turned out not to be the case. It was a hectic pace up until we reached the final location, the Vatican. The Vatican is one of the most artefact dense areas on the tour. It is a location where having a tour guide would be most valuable. Except after sticking to our strict timetable and loosing 25% of the group along the way we were left to our own devices for an hour (1/3 of the tour) with no guide. It didn't make any sense why we were so rushed through the first 2/3rds of the tour only to guide ourselves for the final 1/3 rd.

Good trip around

We had a wonderful trip around Rome and got to see a lot. However, there were big differences between the 2 guides we had and the headset you get handed out works poorly, so it requires that the guide can find out and speak clear English. The breakfast that is included in the price is not money be, choose to find a place yourself.

Simply great

We were picked up from the hotel as promised (great service). In the morning as well as afternoon we had excellent guides that deserve praise! Coliseum and petersdome without having to wait. Lunch in a typical Italian restaurant. Highly recommendable and big praise to the guides.

Tailor-made tour of Rome with a guide who spoke French very well and who generously introduced us to the city. Thanks to Sabrina.

tour is fantastic but the lunch is horrible

if you wanna fo this tour do it without the lunch.
