Super thing this ticket. However, Get Your Guide's description that you first have to redeem this "voucher" (in German "voucher") at the cash desk of the crypt (Italian: cripta del duomo) for a "skip the queue entry ticket" is not sufficient . However, the ratings of some buyers help enormously here. So here are my instructions again: the cash registers on the left side of the cathedral are not important here, you have to go around the cathedral to the right, then through the passage in the wall, then after about 5 steps down you are on the left Side of the entrance to the ticket office of the crypt. There you can redeem the voucher for real tickets. With these tickets you go back to the front of the cathedral, directly past the queue of the right door of the cathedral (the cathedral has 3 doors: right entrance, middle closed, left exit) and get immediate admission (employee opens extra gate for us) - VIP style ;-) Have fun!

The purchase is easy, the collection point should be better indicated, perhaps with the getyourguide logo clearly visible. Because the Cathedral is huge and full of people and the crypt where they retire is not well signposted. Everything else is smooth. Excellent organization.

Really beautiful! You have to see, one of the best monuments in Italien. But it was tricky to exchange the tickets. Maybe a better description would help.

Skip the line at the ticket counter, this is excellent for that. The cathedral itself is incredibly impressive and opulent, well worth seeing

A place worth to visit. A view point is a breathtaking experience.
