This ‘experience’ was a sorry excuse for a day trip, and does not qualify as a tour. From the start, we struggled to find the vague meeting point, and we weren’t the only ones. When we finally found the meeting point, the guide Stephania was very rude and unprofessional. She ignored us for most of the trip. We did not receive what we were promised by the provider. The description explicitly states that the experience includes a guided tour in Florence, with free time afterwards to eat lunch. There was no guiding by Stephania at all. There was only free time, which only allowed for a quick meal and not even independent touring. We paid for a guided tour and transportation, and only received transportation. Not only was there no tour, but what little communication we had with Stephania was in broken English and mostly Spanish. Last but not least, the trip back was 3.5 hours long with no scheduled bathroom break. We had to convince her to have mercy on us and allow us to stop for 10 mins.
