What people are saying about Pompei

amazing trip would highly recommend. tour guide Alessa and the gentleman (forgot his name) were amazing full of knowledge. Alessa upgraded my booking as I found out I didn't pay for the full tour which was lovely of her she even was willing to book a restaurant for us. she also gave us insight of ruins along the journey pointing oit what fo look at including a fomous paata manufacturing site. the trip includes a full 1 hr guided tour of naples city before going to pompeii. the bus was air-conditioned and state of the art with USB ports etc. we got regular breaks on the journey for snacks/ toilet needs. the journey was split into 1hr/2 hr intervals so it didn't feel long at all.

Vincenzo was excellent (he lived in New York)! He even offered to let us contact him later in our trip for restaurant recommendations. It was a treat to be escorted by a native driver in a clear, cool car. The day was very well organized and efficient — we could not have planned all of these activities ourselves, and each part of the day was just as fun as the last. I recommend paying extra for the guide in Pompeii, as she provided additional context that we would have otherwise missed. Make sure to budget an additional €75-125 per person for the tickets and food (or €225-375 total). All around, it was a fabulous day!

Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone, Therese’s our guide was knowledgeable, and witty. It’s a must if you are staying in this area. The wine tour was one of the best we have ever been on and have been on quite a few around the world, the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and the food and wine were excellent, again this was a must.

Gennaro, the tourguide, had an excellent approach with some humor along his explanations. He made us feel very comfortable and all information given was explained in a simple and understanding way. Francesco was also an excellent driver that accompanied us throughout the day!

Our German Guide Francesco was fantastic. It was a very nice, interesting and funny tour. We enjoyed it very much!!
