See the Ilha dos Amores at the start. Learn the basics of Stand Up Paddleboarding so you can enjoy your experience. You will learn how to deal with different types of sceneries and how you need to react if you fall from the board. We Paddle from Douro river to the Paiva river, consider one of the cleanest and beautifull rivers in Portugal. There you can see on the side of the river a small Waterfall. The tour will take arround 3 hours, were you will be amazed by the natural beauty. Take your family and friends and enjoy a wonderful day paddling.

We had a fantastic morning on the river with Henrique. He picked us up directly from our BnB and we had great conversation on the way there. The river is so peaceful and is beautiful. Henrique was very friendly, funny and knowledgable about paddle boarding and the history of Portugal/Porto, we loved having him as our guide. Thank you for a great trip!! This is a must do for everyone

We booked this private tour for two. We had a really nice first experience with the SUP. Everything worked out great including picking you up at the hotel. Henrique was super friendly and explained everything to us in English. The route we took was also super nice. We can only recommend this tour.
