Drive up to the mountains from Porto. Our guide was very communicative and arrived on time. Rise took about an hour. We went to several places to swim. There was minimal walking but the walking was up and down rocky trails so sneakers are helpful. Also need water shoes for swimming. The water is very cold but so clean and beautiful.we also had a local lunch in the mountains and stopped at a couple of sites. It was very enjoyable to spend the day in the company of our guide and the other travelers

Highly recommended! Super guides who speak good/easy English. Picked up and brought back to our hotel. Pleasant people and everything was well taken care of and prepared.

Awesome hike, good to get rid of the city noise. Our guide was very friendly and sociable! 100% recommended!

Great from start to finish, only problem the guides speak very little French from what I saw

Extremely fun and exhilarating! Guide was amazing and enthusiastic.
