We booked and prepaid an airport transfer to our accommodation. However, our flight was delayed more and more and I informed the provider via Whatsapp. At some point we had to get in and hope that despite everything, someone would pick us up at the airport. We were very happy when a very friendly driver was ready for us and took us to the hotel with a five-hour delay and a lot of useful information for our stay in Porto!

Perfect on-site service both on arrival and departure: the driver (Oscar) was there on time (at the airport with a name tag) and was extremely friendly and nice. That's the way it has to be! The electronic confirmation of the order was less perfect: first the confirmation of the desired times was missing, then one day after returning I found an email with the correct times in my account, which came much too late and was no longer of any use to me - I had have to ask the hotel to confirm the pick-up time for the return flight with the local organizer by telephone. That wasn't a problem, but rather suboptimal. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service - and the costs are perfectly fine. I don't have a smartphone and I don't want one.

On time!

Smooth pick-up, the driver was on time at the airport and easy to recognize. I would only recommend to double check the destination as the driver got a bit confused when dropping me off at my apartment.
