Excellent customer service!

The tour was very nice. Had a great time with our knowledgeable tour guide Anna. What took the experience to another level is the customer service that I had to contact because of my own mistake. I booked the tour twice (don’t ask me how or why) and didn’t notice it until the time of the tour. I called the polish rep and he told me to email headquarters since I booked everything online. Within just a couple of hours they deposited the extra charge back to my account. I just emailed them what happened, no questions asked whatsoever. Superb!

Great Tour with the Wonderful Ola As My Guide

I had a very wonderful tour with Ola ( Alekdandra ) who is most charming and very highly educated and an art and architecture historian, who is very involved in Poznan’s cultural affairs and its preservation. She showed me a great deal of the beauty of Poznan and it’s fascinating history. It was really like taking a college course If you are lucky enough to visit Poznan you must request Ola as your guide.

The knowledge and pride in Polish history that my tour guide demonstrated throughout the walking tour ranks as one of the best tours I’ve been on in Europe. A mix of history through Medieval Poznan, renaissance, and onwards. Great tour

Our tour guide was excellent and very friendly. She was very informative and told us lots about the history of Poznań. She also suggested places to visit and good places to go to eat, all of which was much appreciated.

Very knowledgeable and friendly guide who did his utmost to give us a rewarding trip
