The Chef was very good and very nice and answered all our questions. My husband and I were the only ones in attendance so the good part was that it was a private pizza making lesson and the downside was that we were looking forward to interacting with other fellow travelers. The wines were good too. At the beginning, we felt a little awkward, but as we settled into the experience, we had a great time. A lot of food, so we took what we didn't eat home with us. For Americans: note that the wine sampling was far more generous than the typical 2 ounce pour in the U.S. Overall, I would recommend this. I wanted to learn how to make Italian Pizza and I did!
