Full description

Embark on a bus tour of Iceland’s legendary Golden Circle and soak in the thermal waters of the Secret Lagoon. Explore the southwest, including the spectacular Geysir area, Gullfoss Waterfall, and Þingvellir National Park.

After pickup in central Reykjavik, head to the Secret Lagoon and have 1.5 hours to unwind in the thermal waters and admire the peaceful surroundings.

Continue to the active hot spring of Strokkur and watch it spout steaming water 30 meters every 8 minutes. Arrive at Gullfoss Waterfall and feel the spray of the glacial Hvítá River as it plummets down into a 32-meter-deep crevice.

Next, visit Þingvellir National Park, where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates are pulling apart at a rate of a few centimeters every year. Þingvellir was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004.

Enjoyed the tour but annoying when they ask you to be there 30 minutes before the tour and never there till the time they say or later . Very good English speaking tour guide Iceland history on route . Coffee break within the 1st hour for 25 minutes would prefer we had more time at your location. You need a towel for secret logoon other wise £6 rental . Far too long nearly two hours . I .5 hour is plenty Only had 25 minutes at national park . Needed at least 1 hour there

This was my first tour for my trip to Iceland and I had a great time! Small group, spacious vehicle, knowledgeable tour guide (thanks HBO!) and plenty of time to enjoy the attractions. Pick up was a little confusing at the beginning when we were picked up by a larger bus and then we split into our respective tour groups at the meeting point (gas station). Also wish that the tour listed what we should bring for the day (e.g., for Secret Lagoon). Overall, a great day!

Awesome tour, covers a lot of ground and history into the day! The secret lagoon was also really lovely and a relaxing experience. Aside from all the amazing spots, I enjoyed the stories and facts told by the guide during the driving, and just looking out at the amazing scenery.
