Book a 45-minute door to door transfer between Keflavik Airport and Reykjavik City. This is a scheduled transfer leaving on time from Keflavik Airport and Reykjavik City. From Keflavik Airport, busses leave 15 minutes past the hour every hour between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM. From Reykjavik City, they leave every hour between 4:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Only mini-buses, with a maximum capacity of 8 passengers, are used for this service. Smaller groups mean fewer pickups and quicker service to the airport. Additionally, this transfer saves you up to 45 minutes on other transfers by not requiring a change of bus at the bus terminal. The shuttle takes you directly to the airport once all passengers have been picked up. All buses are equipped with Wi-Fi, meaning you can enjoy unlimited free browsing en route. I had an incredible experience with this airport transfer! My flight was over an hour late into KEF and I ended up missing two bus times. I was only planning to be in Reykjavik for one day and had a tour scheduled to pick me up in the city only 45 mins after I landed. I was certain I was going to miss it but this shuttle company went above and beyond to get me to my tour on time. They personally called the tour company, organized a new drop off / pick up for me to get on the tour bus and prioritized me on the shuttle so I wouldn't miss it. Everyone was so extremely nice and made what could have been a stressful morning so easy and enjoyable. Couldn't recommend them more!

The driver was right on time and got the passengers swiftly to the airport without having to transfer to another bus. I was at a Airbnb near Busstop 8 and the bus came to pick me right up at my doorstep at 3.30am. I recommend topping up a little more for this direct transfer, esp for the early morning flights where do not want to meet any hiccups and be left stranded somewhere in the wee mornings in the cold.

Prompt pick up and efficient transfer to KEF airport. As the booking instructs, make sure you are waiting outside your hotel 30 mins before pick up time, my driver arrived 25 mins before the pick up time. I also had to change my booking the night before my pick up as my flight was delayed and they were very accommodating.
