The office and cruise was very easy to find. Every member of staff was so welcoming and helpful The guide pointed out lights as they happened, offered tips to get the best from your camera, took photos of groups when asked, and answered any and all questions with enthusiasm and openness. 2 hours out on the water gave plenty of opportunity to get your fill of The Lights. The refreshments area inside offered refuge from bitter cold. Wonderful!

Absolutely incredible experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a day trip in Iceland. Margaret was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable and approachable when it came to questions. Mr Roberts was our driver and was very safe when driving in the snow and pleasant to talk to. Would absolutely recommend to everyone, but make sure you wrap up very warm as it is painfully cold on the northern lights tour.

Both the golden circle tour and the northern lights tours were really well organised and staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the golden circle and all the spectacular sites we visited and even though the northern lights did not appear for us we had a brilliant experience and we were well looked after. Will definetly be back to use these tours again.

This visit enabled us to experience key interest features of Iceland in a really accessible and interactive way. We saw the Aurora, visited the ice cave, saw the fantastic 360 view of Reykjavik and learnt so much! Fantastic venue and amazing value !!

Absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to see a great display. A truly fantastic experience
