This trip was amazing, especially our tour guide Omar. He is very knowledgeable about the sites and loves telling stories about the history. He was very comical and had funny jokes on the trip and kept us entertained the entire bus trip. As for the views, breath taking. The hot springs, cooled magma and crater are a must see when traveling.

Very interesting tour, definetely to recommend! It covered many places but without being too rushed or tiring. The hike to Fagradalsfjall was quite exciting and my favourite part, though the geothermical spots and the bridge between the two continents are worth the visit too! Really well organised, the guide was giving good explanations about the locations and a fun person!

It was a nice hike to the lava fields. Before the hike there is a stop at the supermarket, which I found very useful. Unfortunately, the bus was very outdated and the technology worked poorly, so it was very difficult to understand the guide on the bus. Luckily we had great weather (beginning of March). Only the ground was partly icy, but with the offered hiking sticks it was easy to do. What I personally found a shame was that our guide went far too fast and many of the participants couldn't keep up. This resulted in some longer waiting times. I was expecting to see flowing or fresh lava, but that wasn't the case. My highlight was the second half of the day. While part of the group was in the blue lagoon, we lead to the beach and a bridge between the continents. Overall I would still recommend this tour!
