The Sky Lagoon experience was phenomenal, start to finish. It's only a 10min bus ride from Reykjavik centre. It's location and surroundings is deceiving - don't be fooled - what looks like an unlikely area holds a spectacular facility, styled with dark wood, dark tiles, low elegant lighting. Sky Lagoon is spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. They have truly thought of everything. The maître'd escorted us (myself and husband) to our booth (private changing room and shower (inc. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Towels, hairdryer, wet bags) and showed us how to use the lockers with the wristbands linked to our credit card (for the bar!) The Lagoon itself is beautifully done - spacious and with lots of small niches so you have some sense of privacy. The swim-up bar is not (as) extortionate (as it could be). The queue that eventually formed for the 7-step ritual moved a lot more quickly than I expected.

loved the sky lagoon relaxing with lovely views of the sea, swim up bar and of course the 7 step ritual. whilst all was really good I still in my opinion would prefer the secret lagoon. transferred buy bus within a few minutes and got dropped back to our stop 6 on the way back (nice surprise)

Literally such a perfect experience. Pickup from our hotel was seamless. Bus driver was so so nice. Sky lagoon itself was absolutely breathtaking. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. 7 step ritual was lovely. Couldn’t build up the confidence for the cold water plunge pool though! Dropped back to our hotel afterwards. Was just perfect. Would have stayed there all day if we could have only for having another tour booked in the evening.
