Full description
If you are a nature lover, then this tour is made for you. It visits all the great attractions of the south coast, glaciers, the Black Beach of Reynisfjara, Eyjafjallajökull glacier volcano and of course, several of the beautiful waterfalls. The highlight of the tour is a Blue Ice Glacier Hike on Solheimajokull glacier which takes around 1.5-hours. Start by visiting the two great waterfalls of the south coast, Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, as well as visiting lesser-known, more secret waterfalls Glufrabui and Irafoss. As you continue, drive under the great Eyjafjallajökull glacier volcano and the Mýrdalsjökull glacier cap, where you will take a glacier hike for about 1.5-hours and have a closer look at the Solheimajokull glacier. A bit further will be the great Reynisfjara Black Beach, where the sea crashes upon black sands and hexagonal basalt columns and rock stacks tower over the surroundings. In one day, see two volcanoes and discover five amazing waterfalls, visit Reynisfjara and get up-close and personal with the sleeping ice giants that are glaciers during the glacier hike. A perfect tour for the curious tourist and the inquisitive nature lover. This tour is available all year. Reserve it now to secure your spot on this South Iceland Tour. INCREDIBLE !!!! Christina is the best guide. Very spontaneous and dynamic, she took us to beautiful places. She knows the island very well and was able to answer all our questions (and we were very curious!!). She was very caring and helped us on the glacier hike. The hike is accessible to everyone and it is definitely worth it. Best group, best guide, best day!!

By far the best ever tour we have ever been on. Christina kicked off the day with so much energy and enthusiasm it was infectious! We all had such a laugh and we even had a bit of karaoke on the bus and lots of cheeky extra stops. From start to finish this tour was amazing and we would love to come back just to be driven around by Christina again. Fantastic!

Amazing day with enough time to see each of the sites in a relaxed way as we travelled around in the minibus. Mike was a great guide who made the day fun, informative and safely exhilarating as we walked across the glacier and got to the best spots to observe the waterfalls. Totally recommend this day for making memories!
