The tour guide did a nice job. We were less than 5 minutes late for the group and were charged 50 euro more to join the next one. Our new group then took 15 minutes to get to the entrance. I felt more could have been done to help us. Four other members of the group had the same experience.

A tour that is absolutely worth it! We would never have seen so much "right" without a guide. René was very relaxed and packed a lot of information in a very entertaining way. He gave us enough time for photos and short breaks, so we never felt rushed. Also very positive: We were running late because of a metro strike and a demo on the way and had a very nice employee on the phone who showed us to the meeting point. Overall, the money for the tour was fully worth it!

Our tour was supposed to have a limit of 10 people but they were 16 people (not counting the 2 children). Guide was ok, not very enthusiastic but did share some history. We were in wrong location for meetup, but after re-reading the email we found the correct location which was actually much better and not near as chaotic as the main entrance of the metro station. Had trouble finding the stairs going up to the meetup location, they are inside the metro station and down a long curving hallway.
