This tour went above my expectations. Our guide, Federico, was amazing in both the quality of the information he was sharing and also the energy he brought to the tour. This isn’t a tour that every person coming to Rome typically does like the coliseum, Vatican, etc. However, that is a shame as the sites visited in this tour are just as memorable and in some ways more interesting. If you are looking for something unique, and are interested in history, then I can’t recommend this tour enough. I will be looking into what other tours Federico’s company, TakeWalks, does in Italy!

We had previously visited another catacomb but were very surprised at how intricate and interesting this one was. Although the information was a little more detailed on the other guide. A thrilling and eventful trip. Getting there by bus from downtown was very cheap and easy

Eric (our guide) did a great job describing the catacombs, their purpose and their history. I had been to this catacomb before and enjoyed visiting again!

Our guide was very good at explaining the history of tour destinations and our driver was very good at navigating the streets of Roma.

It was a great experience. The tour was very interesting and questions were answered. Thanks
