Best way to get directly from the port to our residence in Rome

Not satisfactory.

we were at the meeting point in Rome (Hotel Ariston) in time and were expected by the driver. On the way to the port there was a big traffic jam which cost us 45 minutes. The driver was slightly annoyed. When we arrived in Civitaveccia he let us get off at the port entrance and we had to take the shuttle bus to the ship and told us we would be picked up here again after the cruise. I imagined the service to be different, but after using the service for the first time, I didn't know exactly how it worked. I was simply disappointed. I decided not to book before starting the trip. However, everything was cleaned up again by the transfer from the ship to Rome. The driver Max sent us an SMS and we were able to communicate with him. He was in port 20 minutes ahead of time and drove to the ship. It was a relaxed drive to Rome. Paul Vicenik
