    All in all it was very well planned. Only the starting point, where the trip should start, was displayed incorrectly by Google Maps. The point was somewhere in the harbor area. But he was at the beginning of the port. And the shuttle buses went there. Then all you had to do was get on the other bus and off you went. But because we didn't find the point right away, we arrived a full 3 minutes later. So the bus to Rome was gone. We then had to take a €8 bus to the train station and from there take a €40 train to Rome. So we spent an additional €48. That really sucked, to be honest. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about. The return transport was also flawless.

    Give yourself a lot of time to get back. Rome is very crowded and has a lot of traffic. We were aiming to return on the 3:30pm bus, there was so much traffic, we didn't make it and had to take the 4:00pm bus back to the port. The bus was a little difficult to find, this is a good route if you like or don't mind walking

    The station at the port is very poorly described and not signposted. After asking several times, we got to the right bus. The ride was good and the guides friendly. The hop on hop off tour via BigBus was great. But the time is almost too short to explore everything extensively.
