Overall good with a few negatives

The office should be at the train station and not just at St. Peter's Square. What bothered me is that on the bus you don't necessarily see where to get off for which sight. The bus drivers could say that because everyone wants to see the Trevi Fountain or the Spanish Steps, but the bus doesn't go there. We drove around twice and found out on our own. :) The staff in the Omnia office was very friendly and helpful and spoke German. Most of the bus drivers don't even understand English, which I think is a shame. Everything went well in the Vatican and we were glad we didn't have to wait.

Not having to wait in line under the hot sun is amazing

Getting on and off the hop-on hop-off bus is stress-free. The explanation could have been a bit clearer, because left and right were often behind us or ahead of us. Unfortunately. Vatican City is a must. It's a pity that the St. Peter's Basilica is not done with a guide.

Great way to explore on your own

I have always seen this type of buses in the city where I live and always thought it was funny to see all those tourists in there. I booked it in my last trip to italy and it was so much fun, I never thought I will be in one of those buses but now, I'll book it in every trip, it's so convinient and very affordable. I recommend it to everyone now :)
