It was difficult to find the first stop because people on the street that looked like employees with the vest & the green line sign were not helpful because we didn't buy the tickets from them. I explained I had already bought the tickets online, showed him on my phone & asked where to meet the bus, he literally said "you have the internet, look it up" I then went to a store that had a Greenline bus tour sign in the window. He sent me down the street to find a different office. I didn't find that office so I stopped at a newspaper stand that had a Greenline Bus sign & he sent me back to the first place. I finally found a tourist shop that told me where to go. Then when I got there the "workers" at the bus stop didn't believe me that I had tickets he took my phone and started scrolling and said "how do you know it's green line, Where did you get these tickets? They don't look real. Of course, when the bus got there the bus attendant had my name and the tickets were legit. Too confusing

On the bus, absolutely listen to the audio and just enjoy the review as you ignore the traffic! Then plan your sightseeing around the schedule of the bus (allow yourself some time because there are peak times that you might have to wait for the next bus).

I would certainly recommend this to anyone visiting the city for their 1st or even 10th time as this is a city that is always 'giving'/
