We had an amazing time! I was mildly concerned about the outdoor kitchen in December, but it was perfect. The “outdoor” kitchen was an enclosed space temperature controlled and a perfect set up for making pizza. We learned a lot, made and ate a great meal, and really enjoyed out chef. Great experience in Rome!

An unforgettable moment spent meeting people from all walks of life gathered in a small group to learn about Italian cuisine. The setting is beautiful, the chefs are very friendly and speak perfect English. You will learn rigorously but in a good mood how to make a real pizza and different pastas. I highly recommend!

The journey was uncomplicated because we were collected at the agreed point and drove to the location. This was incredibly beautiful and idyllic. A beautiful garden with lots of space and seating with trees that gave us shade. A huge advantage was that the course was held outdoors, so we weren't left in a stuffy room. We were provided with welcome drinks - there were always changing refreshing lemonades for in between and were then directed to our "workplaces". Everyone got an apron and Mersad, Giuseppe and Elena introduced us to pizza and pasta making in their funny, charming way and also explained a lot to ensure that we can do it ourselves at home. The three of them really tried hard and we had a great time with our group. After we finished our creations, we could of course eat them too. YUMMY!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!
