It is very worth it to have a guide when visiting the Vatican Museum. Without a guide I would not have known I was looking at. It's not easy to bring young kids to the Vatican, but having a scavenger hunt helped to keep their attention. I feel it was a bit too expensive, but it was a once in a lifetime trip and the art and design would not have made sense without our guide.

With a three year old and six year old, the tour was absolutely fantastic for our party! Our guide kept the six year old fully engaged for almost three hours. Should we stop over in Rome in the near future, we’ll be using the same guide service for other attractions in Rome!!

We didn't realize we were meeting w/ a guide on a private tour, so we were looking for a group tour guide. It was a bit stressful before we found our guide as we thought perhaps we had been scammed. The meeting point also said to meet at the address 100 but then also to meet by the white door- these two points were on opposite sides of the street. Ultimately, our guide was standing under the white door. Inger, once we found her, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... and I would recommend her to everyone with children. She was fantastic and the tour was better than anything we expected. Can't say enough about her and the tour, worth every penny!
