We were on time at the meeting point and were served very friendly and competently. With the ticket issued there, we were able to skip the queues and were promptly admitted. The 72-hour ticket was also very useful, as Rome relies on public funds. I would recommend the Best of Rome pass anytime. Very helpful and uncomplicated!

A good compromise to visit the essentials of Rome with the Bus transport pass, metro included for 72 hours, top line cut when it's crowded. Quick but efficient reception to collect the passes. We had taken the one at 95 euros/adult and 60 euros/child for our 2 teenagers aged 16 and 17. I recommand it.

We had 3 days to spend in Rome. Very fast and you don't want to worry about transport entry tickets, visits...this pass is ideal! With the option to visit the Vatican gardens...magnificent, we would have regretted not having seen them!!! Convenient to have everything in advance. The downside a site for research in English and Italian only...and too bad that everything is still done on paper and not a pdf or other version on smartphone, when you have to download the app!!! Ditto for the transport pass that we don't have departures for the first trips to get to the agency!
