Marco has the most amazing personality which he used to make our group of 9 instantly at ease. We began with a short 5 minute walk to an indoor food market where the fresh veg,meat and fish was so tempting . Marco pointed out the attributes of the veg and why the combination with the ricotta, pumpkin,sage and mushrooms would work in our ravioli. Back at the spacious kitchen we were each given utensils and copied Marco in making the pasta at our own work station around the long table. His attention to detail meant that he walked round and helped where necessary. Top tips were constantly guiding us as we made Tortolini Ravioli and linguine! Meanwhile we were prepping the bolognaise under strict guidance. Never once did Marcos loose sight of the quality of the cooking. Time sped by and we sampled some red and white Italian wine with our delicious food. Thank you Marcos for the most fun, interesting and informative workshop.

Loved this experience! Marco was amazing and made the experience so memorable. We started off by going to the market and picking up some goods for our pastas. We then went back and started the class. We had red and white wine and 2 pastas sauces. I don’t eat pork or red meat and he asked if anyone was restricted to this as he was going to make a bolognese meat sauce which I thought was very accommodating. Would recommend!

The experience was perfect mainly because of Marco which is an excellent guide and chef. Marco introduce us to the market and to verious types of pasta making in a joyful way, always with a smile (and compliments to our failure of folding tortellini). We totally recommend this pasta making course with Marco.
