This tour was amazing. You should be good at riding a bike and safe in doing so in a city with traffic. The guide guided us very safely through the town, taking smaler roads when possible. The parc of the Via Appia was very scenic and interesting. Riding the bike was not always easy because of the big rocks, but fun. Our kids (11 and 13) had a lot of fun and I think the guide sometimes took extra routes especially for them. He took a round trip from Via Appia to the parc of the Aquaeducts with us. We saw many things, stopped sometimes and the guide explained the history. There was a little snack with bread and cheese, homemade at a little farm. It was the best tour of all the tours we took. Make sure to have sun screen and a backpack with water with you. You will be in the sun and only sometimes in the shade. They even had helmets for us! The bikes were super E-MTB, fit to our size and a lot of fun to ride.

Very nice experience, I recommend! Journey through Rome to discover some lesser-known spots and discovery of the Via Appia. Lots of stops for points of view and explanations. The guides are very nice! A small tasting in a market at the end of the route makes us discover local products (best Mozzarella I have eaten). Only small “difficulty”: the Roman traffic that you have to face but don't worry, the guides open/close the march and ensure the traffic. In short, a super original way to discover another side of the Eternal City. ⭐️

We were totally supported and impressed. by our guide Mattia both at the start and finish and all the way through our ride. He was professional, helpful, kind and fun to be with. We trusted him right away. He had some wonderful surprises for us in some great stops we made. Mattia was very flexible and considerate of our needs. It was a reach for us to choose this activity but it was a dream come true that we lived out on the Appian way. We shared stories with him along the way and he taught us a lot about Rome. He was an expert leader in how he maneuvered through traffic. We could not believe we did so much!It was the best way to experience Rome - both inside and outside the walls.
