Overall my friend and I really enjoyed this experience on the bike tour. It was informative, entertaining, and a great form of exercise. The E-Bikes are powerful so if you’ve never ridden one be sure to test it out first. Loved the catacombs and the gates to rome. Unfortunately with about an hour to go on the trip I went down a steep hill, lost control of the bike, and severed a vein in my leg and needed to be evacuated via ambulance to the hospital. The guides were very reassuring and prepared with a first aid kit when I was bleeding profusely. I mention this to commend the guides on their preparedness and ability to call emergency services swiftly. The organizer, Stefan, even called me several times in the hospital to make sure I was okay. Would definitely recommend this experience, would just recommend walking the bike down any steep hills.

Excellent experience in every way. Very organized bike shop with friendly and helpful staff, e-bikes in good condition, super tour guide (Alessandro), one of the highlights of my week in Rome - nice to get outside the city center for the day, ride on the historic Appian Way, see the catacombs and aqueducts, learn all the history, and enjoy the countryside. Highly recommend!

A really fun experience and a great way to get outside the city walls of Rome. The biking is not strenuous at all and you have an electric motor to help. A few patches of rough cobblestone and a few streets to cross in the city. The Appian Way is beautiful. Stop at a restaurant to have lunch (not included). Overall highly recommend it.
