    Das man ohne warten hineinkam, war wirklich toll. Führung ging eine Stunde. Der Guide drückte uns dann die Tickets fürs Forum und Paladin in die Hand, erklärte kurz was mit Kinder/Erwachsenenticket und war verschwunden. Das war wirklich unzureichend, da diese Tickets DIN A4 groß auf italienisch waren und erstmal nicht zu entziffern. Im Gedränge hat man sich diese dann auf Gutdünken selber verteilt. Tja am Eingang zum Forum wurden wir dann rüde förmlich angeschrien. So richtig weiß ich immer noch nicht wieso, vermute, wir hatten zwei Kindertickets (Tochter und ich). Es wurde mit Polizei gedroht und wir wurden hinausgeworfen. Sehr unnötiges Erlebnis! Reingegangen sind wir dort natürlich nicht mehr.. Sollte betreffender Guide in Zukunft anders händeln.

    My experience with the GetYourGuide tour is absolutely positive despite an initial (big) unexpected event and the fact that in the end the tour was not the one agreed upon. On the morning of the visit I presented myself at the meeting point and the coordinator (Mr. Rodriguez) advised me that our guide had felt unwell on the way to the Colosseum (meeting point) and therefore could not follow us (objectively an unforeseeable unforeseen event). Always the coordinator with great professionalism and attention tried (in front of my eyes) to find a guide to replace the one defined initially, but without success. He then worked hard to still be able to provide me with tickets for entry to the Colosseum and the Forums without a guide, ensuring that I would be reimbursed (net of the cost of the entrance ticket) of the amount paid.
