I used this service in Feb 2020. The driver was there when we exited, had our name on a sign, and drove nice and safely. I've had other drivers in Rome and I was holding my breath the whole ride. This guy was great and friendly. The car was also new and clean.

No stress transportation.

Received confirmation well in advance of our planned travel. Pick-up times were provided in advance and we were contacted by the service for confirmation the day before our departure. Our driver was waiting for us prior to our scheduled pick-up time (amazing, considering it was 2:45 am). He was very professionally dressed and car was immaculate. It was a Mercedes sedan and there were 3 adults so loading our luggage presented a challenge but he had obviously had managed this scenario in the past. We arrived at the airport in no time at all. This service was cheaper than other companies so I was a little worried at first but service was excellent and would definitely recommend this service to other travelers.

Timely. Made coming in to and leaving Rome easy.

Had to change my booking twice going due to weather delays, and for my return pick-up as well, they were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They responded to all the necessary changes and sent confirmations quickly and were waiting for me with a sign at pick-up, and in the lobby waiting for the return transfer. Driver did not talk at all, but I am sure making small talk with all travelers would be tiresome... Would book again, makes trip run more smoothly.
