Alessandra was excellent and very lovely in assisting us to our destination, with great instructions to help us along the way. It was terrific to be able to skip all the queuing. I found using the website and tecnhology worked well for me - I am often challenged in this regard, but all went smoothly with your company

Overall, we had to wait almost half an hour because people in our group were late. So instead of waiting in line and paying 51 Eur for the 4 of us, we paid 130 and still had to wait with two children in the rain. I suggest not waiting for latecomers, or make them wait instead of everyone, who arrived on time.

Excellent process for getting tickets & getting in. Our guide was there on time, explained the process well, and then let us go. What earns the four stars is the museum itself. The art is excellent, but the crowds make it difficult to see any piece well or respond to. And the layout — ridiculous! We all marched stoically through dozens — literally — of rooms we cared nothing about in order to see the Laocoon, the Raphael rooms, and the Sistine Chapel.
