The meeting arrangements are a bit vague especially as there are so many people at this area ,, you definitely need to improve your meeting arrangements ,as the stress levels increase as time ticks on and you can’t find your guide . We thought we had plenty of time as we had had arrived 25 mins before the arranged time We eventually made contact with our guide 5 mins before departure time . The guide we had was excellent and made the whole tour a 5 star experience . Please take note of my meeting arrangement comments as it is very unpleasant going from one company guide to another.

Tour very good and informative. It was better due to the fact that our group was only 3 people,(4 if you include the guide) so this made it more personal and I found we heard the guide easier. Only problem I would say is better joining instructions are needed for meeting my guide as after asking about 5 different people and waiting till just after 2 which was my start time I had to phone up and eventually I found him through help from another friendly tour helper. Overall though very good and worth the money.

Very informative

The guide was very nice and informative. We were a small group of 8 and it was wonderful. It was still crowded in October but I can't imagine in the summer. If you plan ahead, on Sunday's there is a mass open for the public with the Pope. It is high speed so make sure you capture all the pictures as fast as you can. I would recommend the tour since there was a 2-3 Hrs wait to get in for no guide.
