Tour was not carried out.

Had booked the tour online, in the morning, shortly before it was supposed to start, I received a short email that the car was not available, but I could still take the trip two days later. Otherwise I would be refunded the money. Only after I asked for reimbursement did I get the information that I did not have to reclaim the money from the organizer but from GYG. Admittedly, it worked without problems, but I was very disappointed with the very short-term cancellation and annoyed with the way the organizer communicated.
