Imagine yourself walking down the tiny alleys of Rome and, as a local, you know every corner of the city. You will start with an aperitivo with a sparkling wine (and appetizers) in one of the best wine bars of the city. After that, you will visit a local market (not always available) and have a taste of some of the most traditional Roman street food, such us pizza con la mortadella or supplì. Your Food Ambassador, a licensed local guide and food expert, will introduce you to traditional Roman cucina povera (poor cuisine): the use of simple ingredients to create great dishes. You will taste some pasta and a main course or local cold cut and cheeses. The tour ends with a delicious dessert, that may be a cannolo or a gelato.
