Fantastic trip all round. Food was very good quality and the bottomless champagne was regulalrly topped up. Also got it for a price with Get Your Guide that was lower thanm even boooking directly and the process for boarding was seemless so could not have gone better. Highlight of the holiday.

This tour is absolutely worth it!

The food was DELICIOUS and the views are fantastic as you cruise around San Diego for two hours. Waiters are so friendly (we had Gabriel and Derek). They are truly taking care of you and making sure that your champagne glass is never empty. Pro-tip: mix the champagne with orange juice!

Excellent except for check-in procedure

Everything on the cruise itself was excellent. Service was excellent, food was excellent, the sights were excellent. However, the check-in procedure left a lot to be desired. It was on Sunday, 24 Sept. The sun was hot with little or no breeze. There was no shelter/shade for anyone to stand under. Some of the ladies were sweating a lot. Chairs had to be brought out for some of the elderly. There were no signs telling anyone where to stand. There was very little help from the employees. Every once in a while someone would come out of the office and tell people what to do - but not often !! Once you checked in, you had to go to the same line and stand in line again in the heat. Meanwhile, those of us who got there a little early go back to roasting in the sun after check-in !! As time got near for boarding, there were many, many people standing around in different places not knowing what to do and asking us. This really stinks guys - you can do better than that !!!!!!
