Full description

Take a small group tour from San Francisco to some of the Napa Valley's finest wineries. See superb scenery, and taste some truly great wines, on this enjoyable day trip.

Cross the Bay Bridge with its skyline views and head for Castello di Amorosa, a medieval-style Tuscan castle winery constructed using European materials and furnishings. Make a photo op at the Napa Valley Welcome sign, and enjoy a lunch break in charming Calistoga. Next, get ready for a visit to the unique Tamber Bey Winery and equestrian ranch. From the tasting courtyard, take in stunning views of Mount St. Helena and spot Arabian horses while enjoying the winemaker’s selection of estate-grown Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay wines. Conclude your Napa experience overlooking a sun-soaked Carneros vineyard that has been cultivated for over 100 years. Cooled each evening by breezes from San Pablo Bay, take time to chill while enjoying a private, seated tasting of reserve Napa Valley wines. On the journey back to San Francisco, make one final stop at a scenic look-out point with sweeping views of the Golden Gate Bridge where you can snap some keepsake photos of Marin Headlands, San Francisco skyline, and Alcatraz Island.

The tour is well designed to have enough time to enjoy the different wine tasting, the location of the vineyards visited were amazing (Castello di Amorosa, Tamber Bey Winery, Kieu Hoang Winery). Randall, our tour guide, very knowledgeable about wine and the region. Highly recommended tour for wine connoisseur and non-experts.

As first timers visiting Napa Valley this tour was perfect to get out feet wet as they say and ready to go back. The wineries we visited were great experiences and overall enjoyed our time. Our guide was knowledgeable and gave us suggestions and tips to try at each winery.

We had a great trip to Calistoga for the day (from SF). I booked for a team bonding thing for work and it was perfect. Randal our guide was awesome and super knowledgable about all things wine and the area. He made sure our trip was smooth and we could spend time talking and seeing the area. Request Randal if you can! We visited two wineries and have a beautiful lunch. The booking agent, Josh, was also super helpful - work with him if you can - he made sure our day trip was planned perfectly. Also just incase you are interested. The van was clean and comfortable and we got to play our road trip playlist to make it a really fun work event. They picked us up from our hotel in SF - whole day was about 9-5:30pm.
