From Santa Teresa Gallura: Maddalena Archipelago Boat Trip

1. From Santa Teresa Gallura: Maddalena Archipelago Boat Trip

Explore the Maddalena Archipelago on a full-day trip on a modern and comfortable motorboat and see eastern Sardinia. Stop at the most important islands such as Santa Maria and Spargi, and visit La Maddalena town center. Wander the city alleys and perhaps take the opportunity to buy some souvenirs. Enjoy an onboard lunch and see the legendary Pink Beach, from Budelli Island. To protect its very fragile ecosystem, no boats have been allowed to anchor or swim there since 1992. Stop on Santa Maria Island home to about 20 seasonal residents. Enjoy sunbathing and swimming in crystal clear waters. Visit the walkway at the Port of Our Lady, so named because it is considered a safe landing in almost any wind. Marvel at the blue of this stretch of sea, unspoiled and clear down to the shallow seabed. Stop ashore for about an hour to visit the town of La Maddalena and its historic center, and wander through its charming streets. Stop at the beach at Cala Corsara on Spargi Island, and admire the beauty of the views of the north coast of Sardinia on the return voyage, including Punta Falcone, Marmorata with its Isolotto dei Gabbiani, the forts of Batteria Ferrero, and the exciting entrance to the fjord of Santa Teresa di Gallura

The best day we had in Sardinia! Thank you Alberto and “Colombo” for bringing us to 3 beautiful spots, picking areas that were quiet in high season made it all the more special and the stop at the natural pools was pure paradise. Great way to see the Maddalena islands, more expensive than the large boats but going by catamaran is way more fun, gets you closer to the quiet beaches, you can jump off the boat when moored and move freely around the boat when sailing.. and the good food and cold wine was well appreciated! Worth paying the extra money for an incredible experience!

Great tour! The boat is a little smaller than some other tours we have done, which allowed for a smaller group-not like those overcrowded tours that aren’t very intimate. They cooked us some tasty pasta for lunch and fed us plums, bread, cured meat, and cheese for snacks. Of course, wine was included. The water is beautiful and clear but we got stung by a few jellyfish, a problem I think may be exacerbated by the warm water temperature (we went in summer). Overall, would recommend!

Great day on the catamaran. The friendliness of the crew is absolutely authentic. The small dishes are delicious. The snorkeling spots around La Maddalena are more than well attended in mid-July (which is not surprising). Nevertheless, the crew always finds a good berth. All in all a successful day.

Wonderful experience - captain Alberto and Flora were very welcoming and engaging. Alberto chatted with passengers throughout the day and Flora looked after everyone with a delicious lunch, snacks and drinks.

Great boat tour through a fantastically beautiful landscape, start was 8.30 a.m., return 5 p.m., nice crew, lunch on board was relaxed, highly recommended
