Well nowhere in your brochure or advertisement did it say I would have to pay extra for a window seat for the luncheon cruise there were two of us so we had to pay $16 each which was ridiculous when there was plenty availability I know you don't give refunds as in your advertisements but this was bad business

Food looked good but it didn’t have as much flavor as I’d like it to maybe that’s just because I’m from California and our food is a little different I don’t know but other than that everything thing else was amazing the boat is absolutely beautiful, the views were great on the outside and I love the show the ozarks and it turns out that the boat was the one used in the show so that was really cool. Staff was very nice and the boat was very clean.

Using the GetYourGuide app made finding and booking this very easy. The app also shows you your meeting point which makes getting there a breeze. The ship itself was in good condition and all of the staff were very accommodating. The tour narration was informative and entertaining. The food service was also very good. A buffet style with options for everyone. You will be making a few trips back once you find your favorite item. The top deck with seating and a cash bar was a welcomed escape to enjoy the clear skies.
