Go on a journey to the land of the Navajos on this fascinating and incredibly scenic 12-hour tour to the heart of Navajo Country. Discover one of the most remarkable, beautiful, and famous landscapes in the world, instantly recognized by the countless Hollywood movies that have used is as a stunning background for western films and more. If departing from Sedona, Arizona, your journey begins with a scenic drive up the famous Oak Creek Canyon. From there, travel through the San Francisco Volcanic fields, en route to the historic Cameron Trading Post. Along the way, your guide will tell stories and answer questions about the enigmatic Navajo people, explaining their long history and unique culture. Once at Monument Valley Tribal Park, you will be treated to stupendous views of the red rock monoliths that have been an inspiration to everyone, from Navajo Medicine Men to Hollywood directors.

As a solo traveler there wasn’t enough to run a tour. Their Grand Canyon tour was a very good alternative with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. (They did reimburse me the difference)
