This is a pleasurable form of mindfulness meditation that provides the same benefits as other forms of meditation with the built-in reward of chocolate! We will find the right spot on our hike for 45 minutes to 1 hour of yoga practice. As the tours are typically private groups our practice is geared to the level and preference of most individuals in the group. We will also integrate Qigong into the practice. We enjoyed the hospitality from the moment Bobby picked us up. He had a cooler of water, even a few snacks should we need one. The van was very clean, and it was comfortable. Our tour guide told us stories along the way, even took pictures for us to have as memories from our trip, plus he was very relatable. The sights were incredible. Sedona was gorgeous, and the Grand Canyon was breathtaking. 10/10 recommend this tour!

Ed was excellent! Knows the ins and outs of the Grand Canyon and the special viewing spots. Also great at explaining all the history of the the sites on the trip from Sedona. Highly recommended!
