Discover the archaeological ensemble of Itálica on this tour of sites used as sets on the HBO TV series “Game of Thrones”. You can learn the history of this Roman city, as you follow in the footsteps of all your favorite characters. Your guide will meet you at the main entrance of the ancient city. From here, you will have a short introduction to the history of this legendary and old city, visiting some of the "domus" where the roman citizens used to live 2,000 years ago. Itálica also has one of the best collections of mosaics in Spain. The Roman Amphitheater is the greatest building in this complex, and is most famous filming location visited on this tour. Who could have imagined that 20 centuries after its creation, huge dragons would be flying over the ruins while Jon Snow, Daenerys, Cersei, and a dozen other characters met to hash out their differences in the face of the greater enemy.

Explore a small olive oil factory just 20 minutes from Seville and learn about the traditional processes and production of olive oil. Savor a tasting session of this “liquid gold” to round off your experience. After pickup from your accommodation in Seville, take a quick drive through the countryside to reach the factory. This factory aims to make top-quality olive oil using just physical methods, picking the olives by hand. It produces just a few liters every year but it's one of the best olive oils in the world. Before visiting the factory, walk through the orchards where hundreds of olive trees grow slowly waiting for the picking season. There, the owner of the company will explain all the secrets required to care for the trees. Once you know everything about the trees, go into the facilities of the factory with the manager and see all the machines used for the whole process. Discover the traditional way of life in a real hacienda in the Andalusian countryside, an area that has produced olive oil since Roman times, 2000 years ago. After learning about the process, the history, and the traditional methods of production, taste different varieties of olive oil with an appetizer. Also sample the sweet, bitter, and spicy local oil recognized as one of the most appreciated oils in the world. Three hours after arriving at the factory, head back to Seville where you should arrive around 2 PM.
