No better spot for a locally led Paella making experience in Seville. Fernando welcomed us in his centrally located apartment with a beautiful roof top deck and herbs growing everywhere. In a small group we were taught to make “traditional” chicken paella and enjoyed a lovely dinner together outside with incredible Seville views.

We had the most amazing experience learning how to cook Paella with Fernando! Everything from the location, the food, Fernando’s hospitality and his warmth felt amazing. Fernando was very kind, guided everyone through each step of cooking the Paella which turned out to be absolutely delicious and unique. He was also kind enough to offer some of his sangria which was again nothing like any sangria I’ve had before. He even gave us a little background on all the stunning monuments we could spot from his terrace! This is definitely an experience you will not regret doing while in Seville.

Amazing experience! Fernando was a terrific host and passionately shared his knowledge of the city and his culture with us. He lead us through preparing our own dish of paella using only the freshest ingredients and herbs from his personal rooftop garden. The combination of refreshing sangria (best we’ve had in Spain), delicious, authentic paella, and stunning views of downtown Sevilla made this an unforgettable evening. We highly recommend!
