We had a lovely time learning how to make spinach ricotta ravioli with bruschetta and tiramisu for dessert. We even had fresh herbs we helped pick from the garden. The farm where the class was held was beautiful and picturesque. I highly recommend this cooking class, our guide was wonderful and we had an amazing time.

The cooking class with Simone was really very nice. The combination of his sympathy and professionalism have given us a beautiful experience, lived in joy and friendship, we felt "at home". We enjoyed a perfect tomato bruschetta, an excellent plate of ravioli and a delicious tiramisu, freshly made with our hands. The fabulous setting of a beautiful farmhouse among the Chianti vineyards, in the hills of Siena, in the heart of Tuscany, while tasting excellent Chianti Classico wine, provided the perfect setting. The organization of the transfer is also excellent.

This cooking class at Simone was the highlight of the vacation. We laughed a lot, learned a lot about Italian cuisine and ate delicious food. A great host who loves to teach others how to cook. We came as strangers and left as friends. Otherwise everything was well organized. The transfer worked perfectly.
