Victoria the person I met for my ride was extremely organized and very attentive. She met me and ask what I was interested in seeing. Victoria then went through how to use the car and set me up on google maps to self tour. I am 64 yrs old and felt completely safe and throughly enjoyed my day!

Our private trip on this tiny electric car was perfect. We agreed on the exact time, received a personal route based on our preferences, signed a rent contract, and that's all! We were late at the end of the trip, but it wasn't a problem we just warned the organization that we would be late. It was one of the best vacation days in Portugal.

This trip from Villa Tours was our absolute favorite part of our trip to Lisbon! Villa tours was extremely helpful and communicative, contacting us days before our trip to make sure everything went smoothly. They set us up with a beautiful route and the drive in the open air car through the hills around Sintra was amazing. It was great to be able to stop anywhere we wanted, but were also able to see the monuments. We had use of the car for the whole day. Plus, parking, which is hard to find at some stops was a lot easier with this tiny car!! Villa Tours checked up on us throughout the trip and were readily available should we have any issues.
