The cruise was very well organised and left from the canal wharf on the dot of 14:45. Very friendly and helpful crew, particularly as I had forgotten my handbag and my mobile phone which had my tickets on it! Fortunately they were able to confirm my booking just using my name. Very pleasant trip and scenery, putting you at eye-level with the many ducks and swans on the canal. Afternoon tea was well presented, given advance notice, they were able to cater for my friend who is a coeliac and can therefore only eat gluten-free foods. There is both a ladies and a gents toilet on board and there is also a bar. An altogether positive experience which I would be happy to recommend.

We booked this trip last minute not sure what to expect, but it was a lovely few hours well spent . Very Relaxing watching the world go by enjoying the afternoon tea that was provided served by a lovely young lad . Would do it a again.

The people who were doing it were lovely. We had an issue on the boat with our children and they dealt with it straight away. Had a really great time.

Brightened up a grey Sunday afternoon! Great fun and the commentary both interesting and funny!
