Full description

The meeting point for your 3-hour cycling adventure is the Split city harbor. Begin your tour exploring the old city market and the narrow streets of the 1,700-year-old Diocletian Palace and Đardin Park, and take in the busy street life of the town center. Experience the relaxing energy of Marjan hill as you ride through the cool shadows of the pine forests, and enjoy the views of the marina and the other hills that surround the town. After reaching the Marjan cape, your guide will lead you uphill, and you’ll take in fantastic views of the beaches surrounding the town and the islands offshore. See the 15th-century Saint Jerome Chapel and the Hermitage built into a cave. Once you reach the top of the 178-meter-high hill, you’ll then head east and marvel at the panoramic views from the Vidilica. Your next stop is Sustipan, an old city park located on the cliffs just above the sea. From here, you’ll cycle by the city’s largest marina, enjoy a ride along the famous city promenade, and end your trip in the city center.

This was my first bike tour and it was x100 better than the walking tours that I have done in the past! The tour guide Duje, made the experience safe and gave factual and sequential information at all the right times. Something that I enjoyed that I didn't expect was the opportunity we had at half-way to grab a drink and socialise and a beautiful spot. Fully recommend it.

A perfect way to spend 3 hours!

The best way to see a new city - by bike. We were lucky to get a very kind, fun and personal guide, Marijana, who obviously loves her city very much. We got to know lots of interesting facts about the city of Split, the football team Split Hajduk, religion, rock climbing etc etc, and since we were only two bikers + Marijana we had lots of time for conversation and discussions as well. We would definitely recommend this bike tour and this lovely guide to everyone!

Very enjoyable half day cycle tour with excellent guide.

Glad we chose Red Adventure for our half cycle tour. Deju was a great guide with excellent knowledge of the history of Split and took us on a very enjoyable scenic tour of all the sights including Marjan park.Mountain bikes excellent quality.
