Despite the grim weather, our boarding was efficient and we were made welcome. We appreciated the opportunity to have a warming drink on board

The boat trip was a great and relaxed experience, you had a great view of both banks and the information was exciting and not too much.

Really easy to move around in Berlin however I don’t see any officers checking for the pass. Some may not even have bought it.

This was a great way to see the city. Very informative and our tour guide was great!

Great commentary, easy to book and helpful attendants
